There is no paid tier to hit
Every mode, every printable layout, as many sets and sessions as you like. Not a trial, and not a free plan sitting underneath a paid one — there is no billing anywhere in this site. Quizlet runs a free tier and a paid one, and which features sit on which side has moved more than once, so check their pricing page for today's answer rather than this one.
Bring your sets with you
Export a set from Quizlet with whichever separators you like and paste the result in, or upload the file. Anki exports, spreadsheet CSV and plain text all work too. The import shows you what it found before a single card is added, so guessing wrong costs nothing.
Four ways to study, then a crossword
Flashcards to flip. Learn, which asks multiple choice while a term is new and switches to typing once you know it, putting anything you miss back at the end of the round. Match, six pairs against a clock. A marked practice test. Then the same set builds a crossword where your terms are the answers and your definitions are the clues.
It prints properly
Six layouts off the same list: a two-column study guide, a dense cheat sheet, cut-out cards, a fill-in worksheet, a matching exercise with an answer key, and the crossword. Letter or A4, and the printed crossword is the same puzzle as the one on screen.
It tells you what to study today
Every card you answer gets a date to come back on, further out each time you get it right and back to today when you do not. Your library shows what is due across every set at once, in one session — so the question stops being "which set should I open" and becomes a queue that refills overnight.
What it does not do
No mobile apps — it is a website, and it works on a phone. No images or audio on cards. No folders or classes. No way to export your sets back out yet. If one of those is the thing you actually need, you will be happier somewhere else, and this page would rather say so now than waste your afternoon.
