Yes, all of it. There is no paid tier, no card to enter and no trial that runs out. Making sets, studying them, printing them and sharing them all cost nothing.

Not to study. Anyone with a link to a shared set can open it and use every study mode straight away. You need an account to make your own sets and to have your progress remembered, because progress is recorded against an account rather than a browser.

Up to 500. Two is the minimum for a set to be studiable, Match needs at least six so there is something to pair, and a crossword needs at least five terms whose answers are between three and sixteen letters.

Yes. Export from Quizlet with whatever separators you like — tab, comma, semicolon, dash, and rows split by new lines or semicolons are all understood — then paste it into Import terms. The import shows you what it found before anything is added, so you can correct the separator if it guessed wrong.

All fine. Anki exports keep their formatting directives and HTML, and both are stripped. Spreadsheet CSV is parsed properly, so a comma inside a quoted field stays inside it rather than splitting the card in half. You can paste the text or choose a .csv, .tsv or .txt file.

Change the separator in the import dialog and the preview updates as you type. Nothing is added to your set until you press the button, so a bad guess costs you nothing.

Every card sits at one of three levels for you. A right answer moves it up a level; a wrong one sends it back to the start, because a term you have just missed is not one you half know. Mastered cards stop counting towards the review pile on your library page.

Not very. Capitals, accents and punctuation are ignored, and so are small words like "a" and "the". Anything from three letters upwards also matches if it is contained in the expected answer, so you are not marked wrong for writing less than the full definition.

Every card you answer gets a date to come back on. Get it right and the gap until next time stretches — a day, then most of a week, then weeks; miss it and the card returns in the same session and the gap shrinks for next time. Your library shows what is due across every set at once, so you can work one queue instead of guessing which set needs you.

Because that is the point. Mastered says how well you knew it last time; the due date says when you are likely to be about to forget it. Seeing it again just before that happens is what moves it into long-term memory, and each time you get it right the next gap is longer.

It counts consecutive days on which you finished at least one study session. It does not break the moment midnight passes — if you studied yesterday the streak still stands today until the day ends.

No. Progress is per person, so you can work through a set somebody published without touching what they see, and they cannot see yours.

Only you, unless you say otherwise. A set is private by default. Link-shared means anyone holding the URL can study and copy it but it stays out of Discover and out of search engines. Public lists it on Discover for anyone to find, and that one needs a confirmed email address.

They get their own private copy to edit, and your original is untouched. Copying the same set twice gives them back the copy they already have rather than making another.

No. Cards you leave alone keep their identity, so mastery levels and starred cards survive an edit — yours and everyone else's. Progress only goes when the card it belonged to is deleted.

Yes. The site is a Model Context Protocol server, so any assistant that supports custom connectors can work with your library — turning notes into a set, adding terms, or telling you what you are behind on. Get the address from the Connect page.

Read your sets and your progress, search what others have published, create sets, add cards, edit a set's details and copy a shared set into your library. It cannot delete anything, it cannot see anyone else's private sets, and it cannot publish a set publicly from an unconfirmed address.

No. You sign in here and approve the connection, and the assistant is given a token instead — one that only ever reaches your own account. Changing your password revokes every connection.
